Insurance and Fee Schedule
Capital Area Cardiovascular Associates accepts most major health insurances. If you are unsure if our office participates with your insurance plan, please contact your insurance company to find out if services through our offices are covered.
We understand there are circumstances that arise and you may not have insurance or you don’t have insurance we participate with. We do accept self-pay patients. Please note payments are due at the time of your appointment.
Under certain circumstances, usually for more expensive testing, we will work with you to set up a payment arrangement. Inform the office before your appointment if you are a self-pay patient. The office can let you know what the cost of your appointment will be and a payment arrangement can be set up if necessary.
